Job Description

Solve complex customer problems efficiently and professionally. This role is ideal for those with strong problem-solving and communication skills who thrive in dynamic environments.

Provide exceptional service to customers through various channels, ensuring their workflow is streamlined and enhanced where possible.

Accurately document customer interactions using internal tools like Zendesk and Salesforce, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting feature enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
  • Assist customers in utilizing our HR Platform effectively
  • Collaborate with the support team to deliver top-notch service
  • Conduct thorough analyses of customer concerns and assign them to the right teams or resolve them directly
  • Evaluate product functionality and report any bugs or issues to seniors or team leads
  • Engage with customers across multiple channels to understand their workflow and how we can enhance it
  • Maintain accurate records and investigate tickets using internal tools
  • Provide insights for feature enhancements and Help Centre suggestions

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in fast-paced customer service environments
  • Relevant experience in payroll (e.g., KeyPay)
  • Background in SaaS customer experience environments
  • Ability to work in dynamic, high-change environments
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Autonomy and self-motivation, with a willingness to seek help when needed
