Job Description:

  • Respond to customers via chat, email or phone in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns and account concerns.
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast accurate support.
  • Stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Responsibilities:
  1. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  2. A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
  3. Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations at once.
  4. Empathetic patient and reliable when addressing customer concerns.
  5. Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
