About the Role

Our organization is seeking a results-driven TikTok Affiliate Manager who will be responsible for developing and managing TikTok affiliate marketing campaigns, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, and optimizing influencer relationships on the platform.

  • Affiliate Program Management
    • Lead the management and execution of TikTok affiliate programs, focusing on maximizing engagement and revenue through effective strategies and collaboration with influencers and content creators.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create and promote affiliate links, ensuring that affiliate content aligns with brand goals and resonates with target audiences.
    • Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with new TikTok influencers and affiliate partners, fostering long-term partnerships and driving revenue growth.
  • Campaign Strategy & Optimization
    • Develop and implement data-driven strategies for driving affiliate sales through TikTok, leveraging performance insights to optimize efforts and deliver results.
    • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance (e.g., clicks, conversions, sales) to identify opportunities for improvement and increase ROI.
    • Provide actionable recommendations to improve affiliate content performance and drive revenue growth through enhanced collaboration with internal teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure TikTok affiliate content aligns with brand goals and resonates with target audiences, driving business outcomes and revenue growth.
    • Partner with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials, including tracking links, promo codes, and banners for TikTok campaigns.
  • Data-Driven Reporting
    • Track, report, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate affiliate program success and inform strategic decisions.
    • Deliver regular reports on campaign performance, influencer engagement, and affiliate revenue, providing actionable insights to drive business outcomes.
    • Use data to identify trends and opportunities for program growth, informing strategic decisions and driving revenue expansion.
  • Compliance & Best Practices
    • Ensure all affiliate content adheres to TikTok's community guidelines and legal requirements, maintaining a high level of integrity and compliance within the affiliate program.
    • Stay updated with TikTok's evolving platform rules and affiliate marketing trends, adapting strategies to remain compliant and competitive.
