Job Title:

We are seeking a highly skilled technical specialist to join our team in this Support Analyst role.

In this position, you will be responsible for resolving customer support tickets and ensuring timely updates.

You will troubleshoot complex technical issues related to SQL, Linux, networking, and VPNs.

Additionally, you will collaborate with clients to deliver the best possible outcomes.

As a Support Analyst, you will provide after-hours/holiday support when required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 4+ years' experience in SQL, production environments, and client support.
  • Linux OS support and network administration knowledge.
  • Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Cloud systems, Java/JSP/jQuery knowledge, or Salesforce admin experience.
  • Utility industry or Smart Grid exposure.
  • ITIL/ITSM background.

Bonus Points:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
