Job Summary

Ministry-of-Movement-PTe-Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of employee or public transportation solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership to project management, overseeing entire life cycles of system implementation projects in both waterfall and agile methods.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience by serving as the main point of contact and go-to person for Ministry-of-Movement-PTe-Ltd.
  • Collaborate with global teams to plan and execute project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including resource allocation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to provision development and deployment activities.
  • Monitor project progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
  • Ensure seamless service delivery, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management, delivering customized solutions and/or system integration type projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with senior customers and train end-users.
  • Training experience desirable.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, service customization, and app development concepts.
  • Proficiency in software tools, such as Microsoft Office, JIRA, Notion, and Google Gsuite.
