Job Summary

The Client Services Team Leader is responsible for guaranteeing each team member meets and surpasses client expectations concerning task completion, employee attendance, and overall client satisfaction.

This role involves overseeing the performance of team members to ensure they are meeting client expectations. It also entails providing ongoing training to both new hires and existing employees to enhance their skills and abilities.

  • We conduct regular reviews to track employee performance and provide necessary support and guidance to ensure they excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of client services representatives to deliver exceptional service to clients.
  2. Oversee employee attendance, tracking and managing any issues that may arise.
  3. Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee strengths and areas for improvement.
  4. Develop and implement effective coaching and mentoring strategies to support employee growth and development.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a team lead role within the BPO industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in software applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Office.
