Job Overview

Care Account Specialists play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional clinical services to enterprise clients across various regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management & Reporting: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise clients, oversee delivery and quality of monthly clinical reports and insights, track SLAs and address any gaps or risks proactively.
  • Clinical Service Oversight: Ensure clinician rosters are adequately filled and services delivered on time across onsite and virtual channels, manage transitions, escalations, and referrals for high-risk cases.
  • Clinician Management & Quality: Be responsible for managing clinicians, monitoring session quality, flagging performance issues, and providing developmental feedback.
Requirements
  • A Master's Degree (or equivalent) in Counselling, Clinical Psychology, or related mental health disciplines.
  • Professional registration with a relevant counselling/psychology board.
  • At least 3–5 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
