We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Communications and Knowledge Manager.

This is a dynamic position that requires a high degree of autonomy and independence, with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of a strategic communications plan for a flagship client, aligning content outputs with agreed objectives and milestones.

The Communications and Knowledge Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for client-side communications leads and program managers. This person will coordinate delivery schedules and production timelines with our in-house content, design, events, and web teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting, editing, and overseeing the production of marketing materials, blogs, articles, newsletters, press releases, and social media copy
  • Coordinating with the client's internal communications team to raise awareness of ongoing projects and ensure messaging is aligned
  • Regularly reviewing and updating client website content, providing editorial and UX feedback

Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a sharp editorial eye. A track record of executing institutional communications, ideally in development, finance, or public sector environments, is essential.

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in communications, media, marketing, or content management is required. Familiarity with content planning, social media platforms (especially LinkedIn), and editorial workflows is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in CMS platforms, digital asset management, and light-touch design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma). Prior agency or consultancy experience managing client relationships and deliverables is also an asset.
