Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Content Creator to join our team. This role offers the chance to develop and execute impactful content that drives user engagement, supports customer acquisition, and enables sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation & Campaign Execution: Develop email campaigns, landing pages, how-to guides, and sales collateral that effectively communicate our value to customers.
  2. Manage end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns, from content creation to performance tracking.
  3. Sales and Customer Success Support: Enhance sales decks, presentations, and product overviews, ensuring messaging and design are consistent and impactful.
  4. Template Development: Design adaptable templates that can be customized for various industry partners, channels, and products, making our marketing processes efficient and scalable.
  5. Research & Best Practices: Stay current with B2B content best practices, leveraging industry research and examples to create data-driven, competitive content.
  6. Organization & Reporting: Maintain organized records of campaign tracking, target audiences, and engagement metrics. Execute campaigns with a strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and timely analysis.

Requirements:

  1. Independent and Resourceful: Able to work with minimal supervision, bringing projects to 80% completion with initial direction. Proactively seeks feedback, analyzes results, and iterates for improvement.
  2. Collaborative Communicator: Communicates effectively with cross-functional teams to align content with business goals, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  3. Eager Learner: Keeps up-to-date with B2B marketing trends and techniques, incorporating them into content to keep our brand competitive.
  4. Analytical and Data-Driven: Approaches content with an analytical mindset, tracking key metrics to drive informed decisions for future campaigns.
  5. Creative and Brand-Aligned: Balances creativity with brand consistency, delivering engaging and visually cohesive content that aligns with our brand voice and strategy.
  6. Remote Problem-Solver: Tackles issues independently, navigating remote challenges.
  7. Goal-Oriented: Prioritizes content that meets strategic goals, driving user engagement, supporting customer acquisition, and enabling sales.
  8. Technical Competency: Skilled in HubSpot (or similar CRM), Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva. Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, and Notion is also essential.
