Strategic Consumer Marketing Lead

A skilled Consumer Marketing Specialist will develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to drive adoption of wealth management solutions, international remittance services, and loyalty programs.
This role involves driving market insights, defining customer segments, and creating innovative marketing solutions to meet customer needs and pain points.
The ideal candidate will analyze customer behavior, financial trends, and market dynamics to create strategic marketing plans that drive customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Insight Strategist: Analyze customer data to inform marketing decisions.
- Segment Marketer: Define and position fintech products for target audiences.
- Customer Experience Enhancer: Improve the customer journey and digital touchpoints.
- Marketing Analyst: Measure and evaluate marketing effectiveness using data.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, or related fields.
Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience in marketing with a focus on segment marketing or product marketing.
Skills: Strong analytical and research skills, knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting, and understanding of fintech industry trends.
