Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate with key stakeholders' leaders across all levels of the organisation to ensure global HR strategy is localised and compliant with local laws.
  2. Support Documentation: Assist in documenting and delivering HR processes, policies, and procedures in the region across the entire employee life cycle.
  3. Main Escalation Point: Serve as the main escalation point for any employee-related issues and be involved in people issue consultations, culture management, program rollouts, training, and change management effectively.
  4. Gaps Identification: Identify gaps and propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks.
  5. Compensation Package: Develop an attractive and well-rounded compensation and benefits package (salary, bonus, incentives, health benefits, etc.) for all roles in the organisation.
  6. Timely Processing: Ensure timely processing of compensation and benefits.
  7. Leave Management: Ensure accurate management and reporting of leave and attendance records.
  8. Payroll Processes: Manage payroll processes end-to-end and coordinate with internal accounts, payroll-related vendors, and government agencies.
  9. Employee Relations: Look after employee relations, performance management, and career development policies, training, and processes.
  10. Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations and implement best practices.
  11. Audit Compliance: Manage and comply with audit and compliance queries from government agencies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, HR Management, Behavioural Science, or related courses (master's is a plus)
  • 5+ years of HR experience in tech or IT SMB companies
