Job Overview

About the Role
  • Strategize and implement training and development interventions to achieve desired business results.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes to measure employee performance and address performance gaps.
  • Lead staff development and performance management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to improve organizational capability, conduct training needs analysis, and design evaluation methods to measure training effectiveness.
  2. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes, including regular coaching and performance review sessions with direct reports.
  3. Leadership: Provide leadership and expertise to different departments to facilitate delivery of desired business results and achievement of business plans through people development.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or any related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the Human Resources function, with a focus on Performance Management and Training and Development.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an HR leadership role.
  • Preferably with experience in a metrics-driven environment and medium to large banking and finance organizations.
