About the Role- Strategize and implement training and development interventions to achieve desired business results.
- Develop and implement performance management processes to measure employee performance and address performance gaps.
- Lead staff development and performance management initiatives.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to improve organizational capability, conduct training needs analysis, and design evaluation methods to measure training effectiveness.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes, including regular coaching and performance review sessions with direct reports.
- Leadership: Provide leadership and expertise to different departments to facilitate delivery of desired business results and achievement of business plans through people development.
- Holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or any related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in the Human Resources function, with a focus on Performance Management and Training and Development.
- At least 5 years of experience in an HR leadership role.
- Preferably with experience in a metrics-driven environment and medium to large banking and finance organizations.
