Customer Service Agent Position

We are seeking qualified professionals to support our customer service initiatives in a remote setting. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries, resolving customer issues efficiently, and promoting new products and services while delivering exceptional service.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be working on a variety of tasks, including responding to customer emails, phone calls, and chats.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues through effective problem-solving.
- Research and retrieve information to support customer needs.
Key Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous call center experience is an asset.
- Strong command of the English language is essential.
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM.
