The Role

The Head of Revenue Operations is critical to the success of our day-to-day business operations across the SellerX group as well as a key enabler to scale out business over time. We are looking for an experienced business savvy people manager and a proven track record of structuring and managing large scale projects across multiple functions and orgs.

Your Responsibilities In Detail

Strategic Planning

  • Set departmental goals that are aligned with overall business objectives
  • Provide department with strategic direction and evaluate team's progress and performance.
  • Oversight of department's success

Operational Efficiency

  • Enable the team to independently support day-to-day operation of our businesses end-to-end
  • Build strong partnership with business teams, proactively anticipate future needs and leverage the team to address these needs
  • Prioritize requests across the entire team and communicate with stakeholders

Process Optimization

  • Responsible for department processes - creation of processes & improvements on existing ones to create better work systems, as well as coaching and implementation of those processes across the team.
  • Maintain company's knowledge base and keep SOPs up to date with needed contributions
  • Partner with tech teams to drive automation and enhance overall efficiency

Team Leadership

  • Develop FTE plan for the team to support business needs
  • Set goals, track achievement of goals and course correct if needed
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, weekly 1 on 1 coaching & periodic performance evaluations
  • Develop team members so that over time more and more complex tasks can be covered

Your Background

To join our team, you bring along

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce (or similar fast pace environment) in category management, operations, cross functional project management or similar roles
  • Proven track record of leading teams through periods of change and transformation
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of process optimization and automation
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and proactively changing team priorities accordingly
