Be part of our newly acquired brand from Singapore, Tiong Bahru Bakery.

The Head Baker is responsible to:
The overall in-charge of the store's back of the house.

Responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of tasks related to the final preparation of bakery products in a fast-paced outlet kitchen environment.

Improves existing processes and methods related to BOH operations.
Monitor and Manages the inventory levels of bakery finishing supplies, such as icing, glazes, decorations, and packaging materials.

Ensure accurate forecast in line with the store's sales volume and send orders for raw materials in a timely manner.


Job Qualifications:
Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, or any food & beverage service management related course.
Preferably with at least 5 years of experience in the same capacity in the F&B industry.
Well versed in hotel Restaurant operations/related industry.
Must be up to date with new trends available in the market.
Has a passion for Food & Beverage.
Able to engage with restaurant guests. A self-starter and can drive the team to optimize business revenues.
Solution-driven and able to work in a fast paced environment.
