Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Admin Assistant. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong work ethic. The Admin Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This includes answering phones, scheduling deliveries and appointments, managing office supplies, and handling correspondence. The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have strong organizational skills. Background in finance work is preferred.

Responsibilities

-Answer phone calls, resolve and/ or relay to management concerns.

-Coordinate events, deliveries, and appointments for executives or team members.

-Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.

-Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.

-Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.

-Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.

-Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.

-Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, filing, bank updates, physical payments, government compliances, etc.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is preferred

-New graduates are welcome to apply

-Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel

-Proficient in Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets

-Strong organizational and analytical skills

-Detail-oriented

-At least 45 wpm typing speed

-14,500 to 16,500 salary
