Business Sales Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will play an important role in:
- Creating product demand | Demonstrating/presenting products | Establishing new business |Maintaining accurate records | Preparing bidding documents | Negotiating contracts
- Reaching monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets;
- Promoting and selling the company's products through daily hospital coverage;
- Arranging appointments with doctors, end-users, administrative hospital staff, and other key decision-makers to organize product presentations;
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with clients;
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional society conventions and exhibits
- Creating demand and increasing awareness by emphasizing the need for core products.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biology, chemistry, nursing, or business administration
- Preferably with experience in the medical device industry;
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge about the hospital's structure and process flow is an advantage.
- Must be results-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets;
- Skills: presentation, communication, negotiation, and good selling skills.
- Preferably a resident of the open area;
