Job Summary:

The IT Sales Executive oversees sales activities and develops relationships with customers. He/she will be responsible for managing accounts, ensuring clients are satisfied, and generating new sales opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conducts various sales activities such as prospecting and managing corporate accounts, developing sales leads, building client relationships, closing new business opportunities and achieving or exceeding assigned sales quota.
  • Maintains quality customer relations with existing clients while developing new accounts and.
  • Sets sales targets and specific performance metrics aligned with business strategies.
  • Communicates with client/s at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries.
  • Generates innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness.
  • Manages multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touch point.
  • Drives client retention, renewals, up sells and client satisfaction.
  • Utilizes client feedback to improve customer experience.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or any related course.

Experience:

  • With at least 1-2 years of experience in sales or selling IT solutions, products and/or services.
  • Exposed in Account and Relationship Management

Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge in Business Development or in Sales and Technical Operations
  • With above average desktop skills (i.e., MS Office especially PowerPoint)
  • With strong written and verbal communication skills
  • With very good negotiation skills
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Must be amenable to work in Makati from Mondays to Fridays, 9AM to 6PM
