Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

-Support other IA Partners and Product Lead in value and process assessment for potential automated solutions by analyzing existing workflow and documenting requirements
-Work with SMEs and Process Owners to analyze in-depth processes, perform time studies and capture key baseline indicators if needed to extract business value
-Point of contact for the major business units (SCM, Finance or HR) for Intelligent Automation proposals and/or any change management to be performed in the current automation.
-Identify scope, benefits, constraints, and risks for automation initiatives
-Capture and document current state and translate to future state for automation
-Work closely with IA Developers in translating requirements for automation, designing a solution, defining technical scope and timeline for automation proposal
-Work closely with IA Developer in the Testing phase by identifying the test data that will be needed during development and UAT and ensuring the necessary data are available and documented.
-Engage with cross-functional teams to develop business requirements and documentation of the process to be automated in a manner that is understood by the business users and can be shared with IA solution design and development team
-Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to drive out requirements
-Conduct regular meetings with the business to discuss automation performance, enhancements, and prioritization of the proposed projects.

Profile
2+ years of IT experience and background in Business Analysis and/or working with the Automation and/or Process Improvement Team
-Experience working with automation software (Blue Prism) is highly preferred
-Knowledge on Automation Lifecycle and delivering projects using ALC model
-Knowledge of PL/SQL for report extraction and basic querying
-Experience in managing product pipeline in Azure DevOps
-Strong knowledge of business context and processes for SCM or Finance
-Excellent communication and presentation skills: fluent in both oral and written English as you will be working closely with stakeholders globally.
-The ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind.
-An understanding of, and a willingness to adhere to, formal change control procedures and disciplines
-Should be able to execute assigned tasks in a timely & efficient manner
-Effectively communicate status, metrics, and issues on a regular basis
-Adept in Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Visio, and different communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams
-Must be willing to go on short business travels if the need arises
-ITIL V3/V4 certified is a plus
