We are looking for a qualified Business Analyst to join our growing team. You will bring to the team your exceptional analytical, communication and organizational skills. You’ll utilise your experience within to identify business processes across our sales and legal operations which will drive business benefits ensuring efficiency and enhanced customer experiences are at the forefront of the way we work.

You will need to have the ability to influence diverse groups of stakeholders at all levels using your strong written and verbal communication skills as well as being able to translate into technical system functional requirements for our engineering team. We require a critical thinker with problem-solving skills who can employ and demonstrate leadership, communication, attention to detail and time management skills to deliver great outcomes at pace.

 

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for:

Evaluation of existing business process and working in partnership with local teams, develop efficiency improvements across the process line.Documenting business processes and creating new delivery and operations procedures at the highest standards.Lead the coordination and connection across teams to reduce process errors and save costs associated with poor process design and implementation.Develop and implement effective change management solutions that ensure new solutions are embedded and adopted.Providing costings for proposed solutions to projects when purchasing external productsYou will be working in a team environment to problem solve and brainstorm process hurdles throughout the delivery function.


To succeed in this role, you must have experience in:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management/Logistics or relevant fieldProven experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar roleSix Sigma Certification is a plusAdvanced Excel skillsExperience in process improvement, organizational change or strategic planning and policy developmentExperience writing requirements and design modeling, documentation and communication.Knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing ToolsExperience with LPMS and CRM toolsExperience with Power BI, Power Apps and Power AutomateReporting and presentation skills to senior stakeholdersGood in business analytics and implementationMust have strong leadership skillsPreferably with prior experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environmentExcellent English communication skillsMust be a team playerGood work attitude and ethicsAbility to work with minimal supervision
 

WORKING LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS

This role works mostly in a WORK-FROM-HOME SETUP and to be considered for this opportunity you must be able to demonstrate your home working environment is as follows:
