• Bachelor’s degree in any four your course
• With 5 years of experience in business transformation or consulting setting
• Preferably senior business analyst role with hands-on experience as an individual contributor in a business transformation or consulting setting
• Robust experience in Process Mapping and Process Re-engineering methodologies such
as Value Stream Mapping or Lean Six Sigma techniques such as DMAIC etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability present complex
data insights to a non-technical audience.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative, data-driven solutions to business
problems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
