1. Assist on an everyday basis for other office and administrative works.
2. Handling Visa applications and Flight ticket arrangements for technicians.
3. Ensure business meets all compliance obligations and monitor developments under Clark Freeport Zone
4. Ensure proper documentation of company documents
5. Consolidate and process employees daily time record
6. Consolidate, summarize, and submit weekly reports to the Human Resource Manager. Monitor the availability of supply for the forms and office supplies needed in the office/site.
7. Perform other administrative tasks needed by the office
