Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Category Manager located in Cebu. The Regional Category Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with Category Management such as analyzing sales data, negotiating contracts, managing procurement and designing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. The Regional Category Manager will also be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of category projects to support national initiatives and managing vendor relationships.
Qualifications
- Category Management, Sales and Analytical Skills
- Contract Negotiation and Procurement
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and working with multi-location teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or Business Administration, Marketing, or related field;
- Licensed Food Technologist preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Experience in a retail environment preferred
- Familiarity with major Microsoft applications (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) and Power BI
- Would be willing and able to travel to Cebu, Bohol, Ley-Sam and Negros Oriental
