Talent Optimization, Culture and Engagement Manager

Position Summary:
Primarily responsible in ensuring that the organization is continuously building and developing its leadership, functional and technical capabilities to deliver and execute its current and future goals, as well as strategies; creating and driving an integrated culture and engagement strategy, able to engage, align and inspire employees with the business group's vision and business strategy.
Additionally, the role is responsible for the execution and governance of TOCE strategies, processes and programs across Thermal Business Group, including Talent Management, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Culture-Building and Employee Engagement.
Ultimately, the role is expected to formulate Organizational Development strategies, design, develop and successfully rollout/implement organizational development projects and programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any related discipline
- Master's degree in Applied/Industrial Psychology, Management, or any business related discipline (preferred, but not required)
- At least 7 years experience in Human Resource Management
- At least 3 years in managerial capacity
- Have led an implementation of at least 2 organizational-wide projects
