- Perform various administrative tasks to
ensure the efficiency of the sales team. - Maintain organized records and
documentation.
- Experience with HubSpot (Preferred):
- Responsible to maintain and manage day
to day work in Hubspot - Utilize HubSpot for various sales and
customer relationship management tasks. - Leverage HubSpot tools to enhance sales
processes and efficiency.
- â€'Work in Event Management Software Triple
Seat, Bengie, and Collins
- Work with US and UK event management
software
- Event Closing
- Be responsible for event closing
administrative functions, coordinating with various internal departments
- Invoice Creation:
- Generate invoices accurately and in a
timely manner. - Collaborate with the finance department
to ensure billing accuracy.
- Prospecting/List Building:
- Engage in prospecting activities to
build and maintain a robust client database. - Contribute to the growth of the sales
pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales administration or a
related role. - Strong organizational and multitasking
abilities. - Excellent communication skills, both written
and verbal. - Familiarity with HubSpot is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, experience
with Triple Seat is a plus. - Ability to adapt to new technologies and
software platforms.
