Sales Admin Head- Concession

- Review weekly summary reports, which include invoices for delivery and pull out receipts completed for the week. Check that the DR and serial number match, and the quantity was delivered correctly and with the pull out.
- Check the DR preparation of the Concess team to make sure that the stock requisitions and allocations are monitored in order to avoid over stocking of products.
- Check and monitor all pull out and defective items from the store, to make sure all items accessories are complete before forwarding to logistics and service department for quality control.
- Monitoring of Slow and Non moving stocks/ items for the past 3 months. To classify the items according to their rate of consumption
- Monitoring of Provincial Request and deliveries to ensure that sufficient stocks are available while their request is still in transit.
- Coordinate all deliveries and pull out schedule to the logistics department.
- Monitoring of Daily Sell out per store
- Monitoring Physical count done per store/ prepare charges and investigation for any inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor the status of manpower deployed in the outlets and make sure that all outlets has Brand Promoters
- Check and review weekly sales report that has been encoded in the system and ensure that the sales report matches or tally with the systems data.
- Manage collection updates and monitor pending collections per dealer.
- Follow up outstanding items and request adback; contact the accounting department as needed to update records.
- Prepare and email all the necessarily weekly and monthly reports to the President and Finance Head
- Conducts weekly meeting with the Concession team.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Administration, Management or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years' experience specializing in Sales Admin.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be willing to work in Muntinlupa City
