Job Description:

Develops IT strategies according to established organizational goals

· Determines the organization's technology needs and make upgrade recommendations

· Devises and establishes IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by the management

· Directs and supports the implementation of new IT Systems and Infrastructure

· Oversees the departments' finances including budgeting and forecasting

· Oversees IT Department's operation and provides directions, guidance, and training to IT Staff

Project Management

· Leads the IT Department to achieve project requirements, deadlines, and schedules

· Monitors project progress and make adjustment if needed · Measures project performance to identify areas for improvement

· Ensures that various stakeholders are consistently updated on the strategy, adjustments, and progress

Business and System Analysis

· Leads in the analysis of the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs

· Liaises with department heads, system users and other stakeholders to ensure maximum effectiveness of IT operations

· Oversees all technology operations and evaluates them according to established goals

Systems Availability

· Overall management of technical operations

· Leads in identifying and eliminating security vulnerabilities with strategic solutions that increase data security

· Arrange upgrades, migrations, and replacements of hardware and software utilities

· Ensures that the IT Infrastructure and Systems are properly maintained

ICT Support Services

· Ensures the increase in end-user satisfaction levels by constantly improving relevant applications and processes

· Ensures and monitors the resolution rate of provided support services is within the Service-Level Agreement (SLA)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Excellent understanding of computer systems, security, network, systems administration,

databases and data storage systems, and telecommunication systems

  • With at least five (5) years experience working in IT operations, supervising technology teams,
  • and overseeing information systems projects.
