The Financial Consumer Protection (FCP) and Customer Insights Officer is responsible for providing assistance to the FCP and Customer Insights head in coordinating activities related to performance management and measurement to support operational excellence, sustainability, and customer obsession initiatives of the bank. The position also aids in improving the use of performance measures in the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepares and reports performance measures to the FCP and Customer Insights head
  • Provides assistance in the alignment with the different business units regarding SLA compliance of various customer concerns.
  • Ensures that performance discussions are documented accordingly
  • Helps the FCP and Customer Insights head in following established policies and procedures, determining and recommending potential enhancements
  • Aids in communicating measurement standards and key performance indicators to all members of the organization
  • Keeping up-to-date on the latest performance management, training and development, and career management issues
  • Consolidates all financial transactions within the CXC Group to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Helps the FCP and Customer Insights Head in the administrative requirements of CXC

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a managerial position
  • Proficiency in MIS, data analysis, data presentation, and recommendation
  • Experience in handling customer complaints, customer care, marketing, and consumer studies
