Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through various channels.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to optimize lead-generation strategies and campaigns.
Account Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager and Senior Venture Builder to align strategies and achieve collective goals.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, account management progress, and key performance indicators.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.
Professional Development:
- Stay updated on industry best practices and continually enhance knowledge and skills.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
