Duties and Responsibilities:

1. In charge in recruitment

2. Monitor and follow up pending requirements of newly hired employees

3. Securing community certificate as requirement for the submission of annual Alphalist (BIR)

4. Checking of loan applications (SSS, HDMF & Company Loan)

5. Issue referral to newly hired employees and to regular employees (in the absence of the company nurse)

6. Responsible in maintaining, updating and filing of 201 files (active employees)

7. Monitoring and issuance of memorandum for tardy office staff

8. In charge in accommodating HR related inquiries

9. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by my superior

Qualifications:

Graduate of any 4-year course

4. SSS Static Information

5. Pag-ibig Member Data Form (photocopy)

6. Philhealth Member Data Record (photocopy)

7. Marriage Cert. (if applicable)
