Responsibilities:

Project Coordination (learn by assisting):

  • Track project timelines and deliverables, keeping the team informed of progress.
  • Assist with creating and managing basic project documentation.

Outreach and Communication (learn by assisting):

  • Assist in developing outreach strategies to identify potential partners.
  • Gain exposure to reaching out to potential partners via email, phone calls (if comfortable), and other communication channels under supervision.
  • Observe clear communication of project goals, benefits, and expectations to partners.

Cross-Functional Coordination (learn by assisting):

  • Observe collaboration with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth partnership execution.
  • Assist in facilitating communication and information sharing between partners and internal teams as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in learning about partnership development and project management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative while being a team player.
  • Willingness to visit the warehouse (Bagumbayan, Mercury Ave, Quezon City) at least once a week
