Job Description

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates for open positions. Your goal will be to always meet clients' needs by finding candidates that match their organizational culture and open job positions. You will be in charge of planning, developing and implementing new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Study and determine employee needs to be comparable or at par to benefits and packages offered by competitors
  • Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
  • Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors
  • Plan employee referral programs
  • USE HRIS, Recruitment Marketing tools
  • Source and find candidates qualified for open positions
  • Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
  • Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer company and/or client specific testing materials)
  • Conduct calibration meeting with clients for new Job positon vacancy if needed
  • Ensure that all processes are followed
  • Reviews employment applications and background check reports
  • Find bottleneck in the recruiting process
  • Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluation workshops
  • Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
  • Suggests measures for improving employee retention
  • Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team
  • Use sourcing methods for hard to fill role
  • Determine department staff KPI's
  • Create and present KPI reports

As such, the above function will include but not limited to assisting in the day to day Philippines Operations, Revenue and Profitability, Growth of Manila Operations where required/needed task will be given from time to time to achieve the departments' goals and targets.

Qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience as TA Manager or similar HR role
  • In-depthknowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
  • Familiaritywith a variety of different selection methods(interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.)
  • Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
  • Experience with HRIS ATS (Applicant Tracking System) sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
  • Ability to motivate employees
  • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • MA in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources law.
