Role Description

We are on the hunt for a high-energy Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our recruitment efforts across Australia and the Philippines. This full-time, on-site position based in Cebu demands a professional capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, managing high-volume recruitment with efficiency and effectiveness. You will play a critical role in scaling our team, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent to support our growing operations in both regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement high-volume recruitment strategies to efficiently fill positions across Australia and the Philippines, ensuring a seamless and effective hiring process.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience.
  • Leverage a variety of sourcing methods and technologies to build a robust talent pipeline that meets the diverse needs of our expanding operations.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance our employer brand, positioning Liviti Property as an employer of choice in the property management industry.
  • Utilize analytics to monitor recruitment metrics, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements to our hiring processes.
  • Adapt recruitment strategies to meet the dynamic needs of the business, ensuring agility and responsiveness in a competitive talent market.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within the property management or related industries, spanning multiple geographic locations.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously without compromising on quality or candidate experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • A track record of leveraging employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.

  • Familiarity with recruitment technologies and platforms that support efficient hiring at scale.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

KPI's:

  • Minimum 40 conversations per day
  • 30 Day Average time to hire
  • All candidates contacted within 24 hours
