Philippines Maroev Cyber Systems Full time

Job Summary:

Maroev Cyber Systems Inc. is looking for a Human Resources Generalist Officer, who will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR department and the organization as a whole by executing various HR functions. Your responsibilities will range from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, compliance, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

1.  Recruitment and Onboarding

·     Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.

·     Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, including orientation sessions, paperwork completion, and introductions to company policies and culture.

2.  Employee Relations

·     Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, providing guidance and resolution as needed.

3.  HR Administration

·     Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with DOLE and data protection regulations.

·     Process HR-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, changes in employment status, and benefits enrollment.

4.  Training and Development

·     Coordinate training initiatives and employee development programs to enhance skills and knowledge across the organization.

·     Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and opportunities for skill enhancement.

5.  HR Projects and Initiatives

·     Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, and HR process improvements.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

·       With at least three (3) years of proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

·       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

·       Proficient in MS Office Suite

·       Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
