IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements
Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure the final product meets client expectations
Provide support and guidance to project managers and developers throughout the project lifecycle
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT business analysis
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in requirements gathering and documentation
Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
Familiarity with business process modeling and data analysis tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
