Job Title: Outbound Call Center Agent Job summary/objective:
To call prospects and provide higher education marketing and enrollment growth solutions and continue to learn, evolve and grow our services and solutions.
Responsibilities & duties:
· Answering Inquiries: Respond to incoming calls regarding various aspects of the education network. This could include questions about enrollment, course offerings, schedules, policies, and procedures.
· Providing Information: Offer detailed information about educational programs, services, and resources available through the network.
· Resolving Issues: Address concerns, complaints, and technical issues raised by callers promptly and effectively.
· Scheduling Appointments: Arrange appointments with academic advisors, counselors, or administrators for students or parents seeking further assistance with academic planning, career guidance, or administrative matters.
· Adhering to Policies and Procedures: Adhere to established protocols, guidelines, and confidentiality requirements while handling sensitive information and interacting with callers.
· Meeting Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average handling time, first call resolution rate, customer satisfaction scores, and adherence to schedule
Skills / attributes required:
· Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
· Experience with cold calling
· Experience with research and maintaining databases
· Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Experience in using CRM (Leadhoop)
Qualifications/experience required:
· College & High School Graduate.
· At least 6months of experience in Lead Generation or any outbound call center experience.
