ROLE OVERVIEWÂ
We are looking for a Leads Generation Specialists to be part of our team.Â
- He/She is charge of ensuring that organizational training needs and leadership capabilities are met by initiating the formulation of specific training plans for blended learning, identifying performance gaps, leading creation of action plans and providing training and coaching support to all employees across levels. The overall goal is to design and implement practices in performance management, succession planning and talent development.Â
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESÂ
- Assist in prospecting, identifying & generating leads, for the business development team Identify key decision makers and influencers.Â
- Conduct research on local market opportunities & prospective client companies.Â
- Collect relevant business information and market intelligence and add to CRM Qualify potential leads through phone calls, emails and other methods.Â
- Produce leads for Contact Center services and Back Office Support services in the target industries Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives.Â
REQUIREMENTSÂ
- At least college level in Business, Marketing, or related field Â
- At least 2 years related experience in Sales, Telemarketing or Lead Generation Â
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Â
- Willing to work on a hybrid set upÂ
- Twice a week working from homeÂ
- Thrice a week on site in Tower 1, Robinsons Business Center, Ortigas, Pasig.Â
