B2B Sales Team Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:


. Oversee and manage the Sales & Distribution team.


. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Ozolio's
products and sales process.


. Develop and implement sales strategies, campaigns,
workflows and sequences.


. Collaborate with other departments to improve sales
processes and procedures.


. Set goals for team members and monitor the team members'
performance.


. Serve as a senior point of contact in all sales matters
for potential and existing customers.


. Delegate campaign execution, prospecting, and other tasks
to the team members.


. Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell services
whenever appropriate. . Perform product demonstrations and handle meetings with
potential customers.


. Provide quotes, negotiate terms of contracts, and close
sales deals.


. Oversee and monitor hardware purchases for new and
existing customers.


. Perform additional management tasks assigned by company
officers.


Qualifications:

Requirements:


. Proven experience in B2B sales and team management role.


. Bachelor's degree in business administration, B2B sales,
management, or a related field.


. Basic knowledge in networking and SAAS services is a plus.
. Strong leadership and people management skills.


. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


. Proven ability to effectively prioritize and manage
multiple tasks and deadlines.


. Familiarity with CRM software specifically HubSpot,
Zendesk, Apollo, Monday.com


. Knowledge of B2B sales performance metrics and best
practices.


. Experience in implementing B2B sales strategies,
campaigns, and sequences.


. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed,
including weekends and holidays.
