Philippines SALES TEAM MARKETING, INC. Full time

Responsibilities:

  • Verify all transactions made by Salesman in the CRR and CTF.
  • Validate daily collections.
  • Verify petty cash reimbursements and release petty cash with proper documentation and authorization.
  • Safeguard Cash Remittances and Post-dated checks.
  • Handle daily deposits of Cash and Maturing Checks.
  • Maintain PDC Schedule and schedule of daily maturing checks.
  • Encode Daily Collection from CRR and CTF.
  • Submit daily collection report via Collection Summary Report (CSR) to Assistant Accounting Manager.
  • Monitor all Disbursements and submit daily released checks summary.
  • Release cash and check disbursements.
  • Release cash to employees with cash advance requisition and proper authorization.
  • Submit Monthly Schedule of Outstanding Postdated Checks.
  • Validate deposit slips through bank statements and Collection Remittance Report.
  • Monitor and reconcile Daily deposits.
  • Assist in Monthly Inventory.
  • Perform other assigned tasks.
