JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Negotiates with buyers for product introductions and trade promotions directed towards increasing sales volume.
Ensure that purchase orders are processed immediately and delivered on time.
Visits supermarket outlets to ensure that products are displayed and available for purchase by customers.
Monitors assigned merchandisers in terms of attendance and performance.
Reviews call reports on the status of store product display and warehouse inventory per SKU, and takes action on any stocking level deficiencies.
Constantly reviews credit standing of accounts consistent with the Company's credit and collection policy.
Effectively handles customer complaints for products bought from his/her assigned supermarket outlets.
Provides field information, market trends, competitive postures and product strengths/weaknesses.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be a College graduate, with preference to Sales or Marketing course.
With professional driver's license.
Work well under pressure, has professional conduct and good communication skills.
Honest, hard working and self motivated.
Computer literate; with basic knowledge of Excel, Word. etc.
Required language(s): English, Filipino.
Applicant must be willing to work in Makati City.
