ABOUT THE JOB
• Increase the brand’s awareness especially its online presence by attending events and network functions to promote the brand and to create new business leads.
• Conducts market research and identify emerging trend and competitive threats and new business opportunities for the company especially in online platforms (Shopee, TikTok and Lazada).
• Create business plan and leads team members to ensure KPI’s and targets are being archive.
• Prepares and present business proposals to current and future e-commerce partners.
• Build and Maintain business strategic partnership with cooperate partners, affiliates, content creators, Multi-Channel Network (MCN) & TikTok Shop Partner (TSP), and especially INFLUENCERS.
• Analization of data for marketing.
• 8 hours work onsite.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Strong communication skills: verbal and written
• Composure to handling stressful situation
• With good negotiation skills and with a wide network
• Results-oriented, with a track record of achieving and exceeding business development targets.
