JOB SUMMARY:

Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily cafe operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety, managing staff, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:

1. Supervising Staff: Training, scheduling, delegating tasks, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
2. Customer Service: Ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and maintaining high service standards.
3. Operational Efficiency: Managing daily cafe operations, maintaining stock levels, ensuring food and beverage quality, and adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
4. Financial Management: May involve cash handling, banking procedures, and reporting, as well as contributing to budget management and sales targets.
5. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
6. Teamwork and Communication: Collaborating with other staff members and communicating effectively with customers and management.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Graduate of any four-year course: graduate of BS Hotel & Management is an advantage.
2. With at least 3 years working experience in the same capacity
3. With working experience in Restaurant is an advantage.
4. With excellent communication skills both written and verbal
5. With pleasing personality
6. Can start ASAP
7. Willing to be assigned in Ermita, Center Building, Ermita, Manila

This position is direct hiring under Maku Coffee (Cafe).
