JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree, professional license in
finance/accountancy/banking or equivalent.
• Preferably experienced employees specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting.
• Computer literate, must be proficient in using MS Excel. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
• Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
• Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
• Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
• Provide assistance and support to company personnel
• Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
• Function in accordance with established standards and procedures
• Constantly update job knowledge
• Other assigned duties and task. PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES
