The Accounting Assistant will be assisting the Accounting Manager with basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Update all internal and external Books of Accounts of all companies
  • Filing of BIR Tax Return
  • Preparation of Summary List of Sales and Purchases and encode in BIR Relief
  • Encode list of Prepaid EWT (Form 2307) and prepare for submission to BIR
  • Update Employee Alphalist
  • Perform tasks assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Finance or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
  • Familiarity with finance regulations
  • Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel
  • Organization skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
  • Attention to detail
  • Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk, an advantage
