The Marketing Paid Campaign Manager and SEO Specialist is responsible for managing digital advertising campaigns and ensuring that they perform optimally across platforms like Google, Amazon, Facebook, and Microsoft Bing. The role combines expertise in both paid advertising (PPC) and organic search engine optimization (SEO) to drive traffic and improve visibility for the business or client.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Campaign Management (Google Ads, Amazon, Facebook, Microsoft Bing):
1. Campaign Strategy:
○ Develop and implement paid advertising strategies across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Amazon Advertising, and Microsoft Bing Ads.
○ Ensure campaign objectives align with business goals, such as brand awareness, lead generation, or sales conversions.
2. Campaign Creation and Optimization:
○ Set up and manage PPC campaigns, ad groups, keywords, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximize ROI.
○ Continuously monitor performance, adjusting bids, keywords, targeting, and ad creatives to improve campaign effectiveness.
○ Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
3. Budget Management:
○ Monitor and optimize campaign budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources while maximizing returns.
○ Ensure that campaigns are running within budget and that cost-per-click (CPC) and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) are within targets.
4. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
○ Track and report key metrics like impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI for each campaign.
○ Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Amazon Campaign Manager to gain insights and make data-driven decisions.
○ Provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting campaign successes and areas for improvement.
5. Audience Targeting:
○ Utilize audience segmentation techniques to target the right demographics, interests, behaviors, and geographic locations for maximum relevance.
○ Optimize retargeting strategies to re-engage visitors and increase conversions.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
1. Keyword Research and On-Page Optimization:
○ Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value, relevant keywords for on-page SEO.
○ Optimize website content, meta tags (title, description), images, and internal linking to improve organic search rankings.
2. Technical SEO:
○ Conduct website audits to identify technical issues such as slow load times, broken links, or crawl errors, and work with developers to resolve them.
○ Optimize website structure for both user experience and search engine crawlers.
3. Content Strategy:
○ Develop and implement content strategies to increase organic traffic.
○ Ensure the content is optimized for target keywords, provides value to the audience, and adheres to SEO best practices.
4. Link Building:
○ Develop strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.
○ Monitor backlink profiles and ensure that they comply with search engine guidelines to avoid penalties.
5. Monitoring and Analytics:
○ Monitor organic performance using SEO tools like Google Search Console and others.
○ Analyze traffic trends and keyword rankings, adjusting strategies based on results.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
1. Google Ads Certification:
○ A Google Ads certification is required to validate your expertise in managing Google Ads campaigns. Google offers free certification exams via the Google Skill shop platform, which demonstrates proficiency in topics like Search, Display, Video, and Shopping Ads.
2. Experience with PPC Platforms:
○ Strong experience in managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Amazon Advertising, Facebook Ads, and Microsoft Bing.
○ Knowledge of various ad types, targeting options, and bidding strategies.
3. SEO Knowledge:
○ Deep understanding of SEO techniques, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link-building strategies.
○ Familiarity with SEO tools and platforms (Google Search Console and others).
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
○ Proficiency in data analysis to track campaign performance, interpret metrics, and adjust strategies.
○ Ability to use analytics tools like Google Analytics and Ads Manager for tracking and reporting.
5. Creativity and Testing:
○ Ability to develop creative and engaging ad copy, as well as run A/B tests to improve ad performance.
○ Experience in testing and iterating on landing pages to boost conversion rates.
6. Communication Skills:
○ Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and clients about campaign performance, insights, and optimization strategies.

Certifications:
● Google Ads Certification: This is required for this role, and it can be earned by completing courses available on the Google Skillshop platform.
● Facebook Blueprint Certification (Optional but helpful): This certifies your expertise in running Facebook and Instagram ads.
● Amazon Advertising Certification (Optional but beneficial): Specialize in Amazon ads to target the vast eCommerce marketplace.
