
Sales Supervisor

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of sales representatives to promote and sell Nabati products across the Philippines. This role ensures the sales team effectively supports the achievement of the company’s business objectives by executing strategic sales activities and maintaining strong customer relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and manage daily activities of the sales team, including the execution of approved marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, ensuring alignment with company standards and goals.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance analyses to top management.
- Ensure timely and accurate placement of products in designated accounts and locations.
- Oversee proper product display in malls, supermarkets, and other sales channels.
- Support Branch Leadership in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining high-performing sales personnel.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and utilize effective sales tools.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, support account management, and relay valuable customer feedback to leadership.
- Plan and implement sales strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive market penetration.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, pricing, sales activities, and active accounts.
- Analyze current and emerging market trends to inform strategic decision-making and anticipate business impacts.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, Distribution, or a related field.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of field sales operations and market dynamics.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for growth and continuous improvement.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Team player with a data-driven and results-focused approach to achieving objectives.
- Willing to be based in Baguio
