Position: HR & Admin Assistant

Location: Makati City
Salary: Php20,000 – Php25,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday

Job Requirements
✨ Bachelor’s degree holder in Human Resource, Psychology or any related course.
✨Open for Fresh Graduates
✨At least 1 year of work experience in HR and Administrative role.
✨Experience working in the same industry is advantage
✨Amenable to work as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities
✨ Ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws
✨ Maintaining accurate employee databases and proper attendance records
✨ Handling end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
✨ Assisting the HR Manager in policy development, hiring processes, and salary administration
✨ Coordinating new employee orientation and training programs to support smooth integration into the company
