We are looking for experienced Virtual Executive (Admin and Marketing focused) Assistants to join our team AS SOON AS POSSIBLE - within the next week or two
This is a FULL-TIME, long-term position. Work will be working during US business hours.
XX This JOB is NOT for you if: XX
-You cannot handle the night shift
-You plan on working for other clients directly (our clients are high-needs. They need your 100% attention)
-You've been job-hopping
-You do not like committing to long-term work
-You do not like being challenged toward growth
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Unmatched Client Care skills
-At least 1 year of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant/Virtual Assistant for a C-level Executive
-Knowledge in Digital Marketing
-College Degree Holder or equivalent in training
-Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
-Superior Organization Skills
-Proficiency in Google Workplace, Google Drive, Google Forms and other relevant apps
-Internet and online software savvy
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications
-Proficiency in Project and Task Management apps like Asana, ClickUp, Calendly, etc.
-Typing speed of at least 50 wpm
-Values building relationships and getting to know other people
-Can work on little to no supervision
-Knows how to take initiative
-Follows directions thoroughly and enjoys working autonomously
-Good at troubleshooting and has problem-solving skills
-Must be willing to work during US business hours
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Build collaborative long-term relationships with clients and team members
-Be the client's right-hand gal/guy
-Help clients get organized in their business so they can hit their goals on a daily basis
-Proactively monitor projects and deadlines
-General admin, marketing, and project-based tasks
CHARACTER REQUIREMENTS:
-Must be keen to details
-Must be an Action-taker
-Proactive thinker - can predict what the client needs to get from point A to B
