Team Leader/Process Documentation Specialist

Job Description:
Team lead
Documentation of processes and procedures as required by the client.
Perform process walk-through.
Responsible for training new Virtual Assistants on tasks assigned by the clients.
Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a team leader, trainer and creating process documents or a similar position.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to identify gaps in skills.
Good understanding of various teaching methodologies and tools
Excellent organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
Critical-thinker and problem-solver
