Key Responsibilities:

Australian Home Loan Documentation:

Specialize in the validation and meticulous review of documentation related to home loan applications for Australian clients.
Ensure that all documentation adheres to Australian regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
Data Verification:

Conduct thorough verification of data within home loan documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Australian guidelines.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, Australian financial institutions, and legal entities to address discrepancies or missing information promptly.
Quality Assurance:

Implement and adhere to rigorous quality assurance processes specific to the Australian home loan market.
Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of validation procedures.
Communication:

Collaborate with Australian clients, loan officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to clarify documentation requirements and address validation issues.
Maintain clear and concise documentation of validation processes and outcomes.
Compliance Management:

Stay abreast of changes in Australian financial regulations and compliance standards related to home loan processes.
Ensure that all validated documents align with applicable Australian legal and regulatory requirements.
Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process enhancement within the home loan validation procedures for the Australian market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements that streamline workflows and enhance overall efficiency.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Documentation Validation Specialist with a specialization in the Australian home loan process.
In-depth knowledge of Australian home loan documentation requirements, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.
Experience in analysing Bank statements, & Income documents such as payslips and PAYG Summaries etc.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Strong communication skills for effective customer interactions and team collaboration.
Proficiency in digital document management and standard office software.
Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of financial documents and an understanding of mortgage processes would be advantageous.
Accounting role and experience is an advantage for the role.
